Read Before You Book
Our terms protect both you and your stay. Take a moment to understand what you're agreeing to.

What These Terms Cover
Maxwell's Paradise operates through multiple platforms and services — our website, mobile app, property management software, and listing programs. These Terms of Service apply to all of them. Whether you're browsing homes on wander.com, booking through our app, or managing a property through our platform, you're agreeing to the same set of terms. We've also incorporated our Privacy Policy and related policies into these Terms, so you understand how your data is handled alongside the rules that govern your use of our services.
What You're Agreeing To
These Terms of Service govern everything about your stay with Maxwell's Paradise — from the moment you book through checkout and beyond. By creating an account or using our website and app, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Rules and Policies for guests. Read them all. They're not fine print; they're the foundation of how we operate and what we promise you.
You must be 21 years or older to become a Maxwell's Paradise member and book a home. Guests who are 18 or older can use certain features of our platform, but membership and booking privileges are reserved for those 21+. We also require that you're not a resident of any U.S. embargoed country or on any U.S. Government restricted parties list — this is a legal requirement we take seriously.
Your account security is your responsibility. Keep your password safe. We can't protect you from your own breach, and we won't be liable if someone accesses your account because you shared your credentials or left them unsecured. If you use our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
These terms include an arbitration clause and class action waiver. That means disputes between you and Maxwell's Paradise will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court or through class actions. You have the right to opt out — the full details are in Section 9 of the complete Terms of Service.

Questions About Our Terms
How Disputes Are Resolved
When you book with Maxwell's Paradise, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than court proceedings. This means disputes are decided by a neutral arbitrator under federal law, not a judge or jury. You also waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. You have the right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms — contact us to do so.
