Guests who are 18 or older can use certain features of our platform, but membership and booking privileges are reserved for those 21+. We also require that you're not a resident of any U.S. embargoed country or on any U.S. Government restricted parties list — this is a legal requirement we take seriously. Your account security is your responsibility. Keep your password safe. We can't protect you from your own breach, and we won't be liable if someone accesses your account because you shared your credentials or left them unsecured. If you use our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. These terms include an arbitration clause and class action waiver.
